Kory's music career started at an early age as a soloist in his local church. As he moved into his teen years, he began performing in various concerts, vocal competitions and local church events.

Kory graduated from The Master's College in 1998 with a degree in Business Administration. His ambitious collegiate career included extensive singing in the college's music program, which led him to performances throughout the United States, England, and Israel.

Following the success of his self-titled debut, Kory Welch, which includes arias from popular French and Italian operas, he has recently completed recording his next cd, Enduring Praise. This album features ten original arrangements of classic hymns.

Kory lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Melinda and their daughter Audrey.
